By accessing or using Quixly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

Quixly provides AI-powered study material generation from various content sources. You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful educational purposes
• Not upload copyrighted content without proper authorisation
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, misuse the AI technology, or automate access to the service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share your account with others

3. Subscription and Payments

Free Plan: Limited to 5 study material generations per day with basic features.

Pro Monthly ($5.99/month): Unlimited study material generations, all formats, and no cooldowns.

Pro Annual ($59.99/year): Same as Pro Monthly with savings of over 15%.

A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro users. Subscriptions are managed through the mobile app and automatically renew unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription through your mobile device's app store account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using Quixly, you grant us a licence to process your content solely for generating study materials. Generated study materials are your property.

Quixly's technology, design, and features are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Quixly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Quixly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
